Our Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancelation policy:  we require 24 hour notice on any cancelation.  Any cancelation within 24 hours of the lesson requires you to pay the teacher for the scheduled lesson.  In the event of some unforeseen emergency within reason we are happy to discuss a make up but this doesn't include the dog eating your homework or you overbooking your day.  We understand things can happen and are happy to work with you as long as it's respectful of our time.  

2. Make-up policy: If a teacher needs to shift a lesson or is late or misses for some reason, they are required to make up that lesson within the coming week whenever is best and possible for you.  If that is not possible, you will not be responsible for paying for that lesson and it will either be prorated into your next term or you will be refunded the money.  

3. Equipment policy: For computer software/production lessons, you are required to have your own home studio setup.  We are happy to suggest how and where to buy those things and at the best rate.

4. Safety policy: Your safety and comfort is a priority for us.  This is why all teachers are subject to criminal background checks.  Each teacher is then interviewed by the owner personally and then trained according to the schools teaching method to ensure consistent quality of service.

We also care about the safety and well being of our teachers so we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disrespectful, disruptive, harassing both verbally or physically, or is in any way threatening the well being of the instructor.
